Our approach

We respect copyright and expect our users to do the same. Our terms require people to hold the rights to whatever they upload. If you think a work on imagetogifai.app infringes your copyright, send us a notice and we will act on it. This page covers public pages only, because private results can't be seen by anyone but their owner.

How to send a notice

Use the form on this page, or email dmca@imagetogifai.app. Notices are handled by the Image to GIF AI Team at dmca@imagetogifai.app. A valid notice must include:

• Your name, postal address, phone number and email address.
• A description of the copyrighted work you say has been infringed.
• The exact URL of each page on our site that you want removed.
• A statement that you believe in good faith that the use isn't authorized by the owner, its agent or the law.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and that you own the rights or may act for the owner.
• Your physical or electronic signature.

What happens next

When we receive a complete notice, we remove or disable the content and let the person who posted it know. Removed pages stop working. An incomplete notice may delay matters, so we may ask you for the missing details. Knowingly false claims can create legal liability, so if you are unsure about your rights, take advice first.

Counter notices

If your content was removed and you believe that was a mistake, or that you have permission to use it, you can send a counter notice to dmca@imagetogifai.app. It must include:

• Your name, address, phone number and signature.
• The URL of the removed content.
• A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you believe in good faith the content was removed by mistake or misidentification.
• Your consent to the jurisdiction of the courts that apply to your address, and your agreement to accept service from the person who filed the notice.

Repeat infringers

We close the accounts of users who repeatedly infringe copyright.
