Automatic credit refunds

You don't pay for a generation that doesn't reach you. Credits come back to your balance automatically, with nothing to request, in these cases:

  • The generation fails, or times out after our one automatic retry.
  • The generation is blocked by moderation at any stage.

When no credit is taken

If your upload is rejected by moderation before generation starts, no credit is spent. Changing playback speed, downloading another format of a finished result, and clearing the watermark from an earlier free result after a purchase don't use credits either. Our PNG and JPG converters are free and never use credits.

Results you don't like

A generation that finishes normally uses its credit, even if the motion isn't what you hoped for, because the cost of drawing it has already been incurred. Results depend on the picture, so we suggest testing with your free generations first. If a result is clearly broken, for example corrupt or blank, email support@imagetogifai.app with a link and we will look into it.

Credit packs

Pack credits never expire while your account remains open. If you were charged in error or have a problem with a purchase, email support@imagetogifai.app from your account address, and we will review your request. Refunded purchases remove the matching unused credits from your balance.

Subscriptions

Pro credits are issued for each billing period: 60 per month on the monthly plan and 600 per year on the yearly plan. Unused credits reset at the end of the period and don't carry over. You can cancel at any time, and you keep your plan and remaining credits until the current period ends. There is no free trial that turns into a paid plan.

Chargebacks

Please contact us before you dispute a charge, as that is usually quicker. If a charge is disputed or reversed, the matching unused credits are removed from your balance, and we review any that were already spent.

Your legal rights
